Issue:
| Subdivision Ordinance Waivers (ZNG 2020-0172) As It Relates To The Parcel Located At 50 Oak Street And 110 Oak Street.
| Background:
| The applicant is seeking Subdivision Ordinance waivers to remove the requirement to connect the subdivision street to adjoining properties, a reduced right-of-way width to 40 feet, and to end the private street with an alternative turnaround.
| Discussion:
| The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this item during their February 16, 2021 Regular Meeting where they recommended approval by a 5-0-1 vote.
| Financial Impact:
| A financial impact analysis has not been conducted, however, the improvements would be privately maintained.
