| | | The Applicant is proposing a Zoning Map Amendment (ZMA) of three parcels from R-15 Residential to Commercial zoning per Article 11-3.9 of the Zoning Ordinance with concurrent review of a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow residential use only structures as part of a mixed-use development under Article 9-25 of the Zoning Ordinance, and a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Future Land Use map. The proposal contains 47 townhouse garage lots, 6 apartments, a 3,600 square foot retail building, improvements to the existing 7,600 square foot restaurant, parking, and a centrally located park with amenities. The applicant is proposing affordable housing density bonus and waivers with this proposal.
